About Me
I am a PhD student in the Sigmedia Group at Trinity College Dublin (TCD) under the supervision of Prof. Naomi Harte. I am supported by The Research Ireland Centre for Research Training in Digitally-Enhanced Reality (d-real). Before joining TCD, I received my MSc degree in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands, and BEng degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Xidian University, China. During my master, I worked with Dr. Odette Scharenborg and Dr. Tanvina Patil on whispered speech recognition. My PhD project centres around multimodal speech recognition, and I am currently focusing on audio-visual speech recognition.
